Before you spend more on ads, you need to know where you actually stand — not by guessing, but by looking at real data. We audit your site, your competitors and your customer behaviour together, then hand you a concrete plan showing what matters first and why.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • 01Where should we start — the audit, competitor analysis, or looking at our own data?

The starting point comes from the question you're actually asking. If it's "our ad money isn't working," we begin with the site and ad audit; if it's "how do we stand apart," with competitor analysis; if it's "which customers actually make us money," with your sales and customer data. One usually leads naturally into the next, so we don't suggest running all three at once — we start with the one that answers the question you have today.

  • 02What do you need from us to get started?

View-level access to whatever already exists — the site, analytics, ad accounts, a CRM or sales export; which of those apply we agree in the first conversation. Access is granted from your own accounts, read-only, and you can revoke it at any moment. Beyond that we need a few short conversations: at the start to understand the business, at the end to go through the findings together.

  • 03What do we walk away with once the work is done?

You get the findings, comparisons and recommendations as a written report together with the working files, and you're free to use them however you like — including with another team. Your accounts, domain, analytics and anything set up along the way stay in your name; nothing is held on our side.

  • 04How will we know the recommendations worked?

Before we start we record where you stand today — site metrics, search visibility, ad and sales numbers — so there's a baseline to compare against later. Each recommendation states which metric we expect it to move, and the measuring happens in your own analytics. We don't promise a size of result: the market, the budget and how fast things get implemented aren't ours to control — what we do commit to is that you know in advance where the change should show up.

  • 05We already have a marketer or an agency — will this get in their way?

No — an audit or analysis isn't there to write off what's already been done, it's there to show which parts of it are producing results. Your own team or your current agency can pick up the prioritised list and carry on; having us do the implementation isn't a condition. We agree who is responsible for what up front, so the same work doesn't get done twice.
